When you use a copier machine which scans the pages and kept in memory, could these pages be retrieved from the memory? or reprinted?

You said COPIER, is this a stand-alone device? A walk-up copier is different from a MFD (Multi-Function Device) that can copy AND print from a network. It also provides the functionality of a room full of equipment by doing things like send and receive faxes. An embedded hard drive is the thing that concerns business folks by holding data indefinitely. Memory within allows the scanning of documents to act independently.

Depends on what you mean by “memory”. If you are talking about memory chips, they are pretty much wiped clean after the copier is done making copies. If the copier has a hard disk installed, however, there is a possible risk that your data could be “discovered”. Copiers with hard disks, tend to be corporate copiers, so if you’re just using the one at the local library, I wouldn’t be too worried…
Hi,
Don’t worry most of the file that go to a printer are stored on the network queue and when they are sent to the printer and printed are then deleted forever, so it’s only the ones that’s on the network that can be seen.
