Well if you can save money compared to a new one, it’s a good choice. They are just about as good as a new one, but cost less. I’ve bought several refurbished computers and other electronics and never had problems.
Give your answer to this question below!
It’s really all about the money. refurbished computers are usually cheaper, and usually work just as well. The problem comes if you are someone that will need tech support. If you feel that you will, you should probably buy new from a reputable company.
If you feel comfortable enough that you won’t need to call anyone(and believe me, tech support from large companies can sometimes be pretty useless), then by all means, get refurbished.
The number one thing I tell people that buy used computers is to make sure that if you are buying a Windows or Mac machine, MAKE SURE that you get a valid licence key for the operating system(Windows or Mac OSX). Some people will sell refurbished machines with a pirated copy of Windows, which could stop working after an update, and will prevent you from getting the Upgrade price if you decide to upgrade to Windows 8, for example.
Good luck…Gary
I think it’s totally okay considering the cost and the condition of the computer.
Check some prices online and see how much are you saving. If this deal is saving you some good money than there is no harm in buying a refurbished computer considering its in a good working condition.
