It is not bad to be around copy machines, but chemicals (like bleach, and getting your hair done) are not good for the baby.

i havent ever heard of copy machines being a hazard. but i know certain chemicals should be avoided.
I used a copy machine the whole time I was pregnant with my first… she’s prefectly fine. And I have used a copy machine often with the second pregnancy as well and everything looks normal so far!
NO!!!!!!! Its bad to smoke drugs!!!!! Don’t huff the lime away and you will be fine.
Probably, especially if the air reeks of chemicals. I know a hairstylist who had a completely normal pregnancy who never missed work until she gave birth…and had a Down’s Syndrome baby. The doctors couldn’t exactly pinpoint why her baby has down’s, but they did say that the regular exposure to hair dyes & perm chemicals were most likely the contributing factor.
photo copier toner is BAD when pregnant, just ask your midwife and she will confirm it
You can use the copy machine for sure, but maybe get someone else to change the toner or use any other chemicals associated the maintence.
