You said COPIER, is this a stand-alone device? A walk-up copier is different from a MFD (Multi-Function Device) that can copy AND print from a network. It also provides the functionality of a room full of equipment by doing things like send and receive faxes. An embedded hard drive is the thing that concerns business folks by holding data indefinitely. Memory within allows the scanning of documents to act independently.
